Make an informed vote in the May 4 primary by getting to know some of the local candidates at the Debate/Candidate Introduction from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 30 at The Awakening Church (the old Pace Ford dealership), 251 Hauenstein Road.
Doors will open at 6:30 to allow for some meet and greet time with the candidates and to allow time for the public to submit questions.
The event, sponsored by the Huntington TEA Party, will feature candidates for 10 Huntington offices: School Board District 2, County Assessor, County Auditor, County Clerk, County Council Districts 2, 3, and 4, County Commissioner, Sheriff, and Surveyor.
Jeff Berggren will be the moderator for the evening. Straw Polls will be conducted after the event.
